You can now access all the old World of Minecraft server maps via the museum on WoM Realms.

You can view the museum list in two locations.

WorldofMinecraft.com and WoMRealms.com

To access the maps in-game use the command /museum.
Example: /museum main_flatgrass

It recently came to our attention that a list of approximately 1,000 Minecraft account names and passwords were made freely available on the internet. We believe this list consists of information collected by a group of malicious users from a well known "griefing team". How the information in this list was obtained is not sure, but we suspect they collected them through the use of hacked clients (that pretend to only give you extra features like flying or seeing through blocks but actually send your account information to the creators as well) or websites made to look like the official Minecraft site.

We urge you to change your passwords immediately at Minecraft.net. If you use the same password for anything Minecraft related i.e WoMRealms.com or on our forums please change them as-well to be on the safe side.

The official WoM Game Client is only distributed by us (WorldofMinecraft.com) and is available from the downloads section. Any other clients labeled "WoM Game Client" should not be trusted and are not legitimate.

On another note, please be careful when downloading plugins\addons for your server. You should only trust sites that are well known within the community.

Hey guys,

Quick release of Game Client 1.6.5 with:
Update:1.6.6 is available. Make sure to download it!

  • Support for software 3D rendering (for those without hardware 3D).
  • Jump works properly once again when hacks are on and also like normal when hacks are off.
  • Single player mode is accessible from sign in dialog.
  • Direct connect input supports drag and drop from the browser, or text editor etc.

I'm having client issues! I can't download the client!

The server is back online. Sorry for the minor inconvenience.

It had a tiny error that caused it to crash.

New version of WoM Game Client 1.6.4.

This version is primarily to fix the issue that people were having with 502 errors when authenticating.

This version should only have issues when minecraft.net is actually down. Sometimes it was returning errors when there were none, more so in the last 12 hours.

There's also a minor fix to the Direct Connect feature where the "Go" button is highlighted when you select the input box, so it makes it easier to paste and press enter. Direct Connections now also count as your "Resume" session so if you Direct Connect and then quit, you can Resume back to the server you were just on.

No "fix" for the jumping bug yet... I'll be looking at it next, this release was just to get the 502 fix out ASAP.
