Wysiwyg is back and this time its default!

After the chaos we went through last time, I have brought Wysiwyg Formatter back with a few issues ironed out.

Wysiwyg Formatter is an input formatter which helps those who don't know bbcode/html to format their posts and I highly recommend it for image resizing as it will automatically create thumbnail pics which make loading of posts a lot faster.

PM system, Banner fix + submenu

Due to popular demand I have implemented a PM system!

Fixed large avatars messing with the banner.

Added submenu bar under banner to clear the side bars up and moved some blocks around.
