I would like to know, how can I make/install an alpha texture pack, and if anyone's made any I could use?

I managed to find out.

xD, I found out how. It's pretty simple. Look for a .minecraft folder (XP made me search in hidden and system files for it) and go to the bin folder in it. Use 7-zip or something similar to open the minecraft.jar, and paste your new texture in, it should auto-replace the old one. I've found a few alpha ones, the main way to tell if they're alpha is by looking at the texture itself, if there's minecart tracks on it, or redstone, then it's an alpha one.
