Okay, so I've been playing Minecraft for a few days now and I bought the full game today. I was on my favourite server called Prisons Freebuild 24/7 or something similar. Just search prison in the game and you'll see it.

Anyway, I wasn't griefing, but I did delete a lot of floor because a lot of us, a high rank with power included, were building an underground mansion. They have an automatic anti-griefing thing, which kicked a few people for griefing because of how quickly they were deleting/building floor. The admin/moderator whover it was was called Daoutlaw, and he said that it was just the system getting confused.

A few hours later I went to log back in a couple of hours after and found I'd been banned. My brother could get on the server so it was just a username ban. I'd been banned by an actual person. My brother went on the server on his account and asked why I'd been banned for griefing when I hadn't been. Then he asked to see what I'd supposedly griefed. The admin/moderator person called Cubim1 said he hadn't seen me do anything. Then he kicked my brother. Is there anyway I could contact the people of power from the server, or get the ban undone? I don't want to bypass the ban because then it would look like I've done something wrong. Thanks! :)
