It's purely a visual bug. It will not effect in-game activities (notice hunger bar filling when you're eating the cookie) and should look normal for other people.

64 mods really isn't that much nowadays. I've seen modpacks wih 225 mods.

So i'm a boring guy it seems... only running Optifine and Rei's Minimap
But i suggest to deactivate all mods and look if the error still appears

100% positive its an issues with optifne.
i used to use optifine on hexxit and also for bteam and also for my own custom pack.
and we.. (me and others) ran into similar problems with texture gltiching.
Its not an issue with the mods.. it a problem with Optifine trieing to texture everthing smoothly
but ..NOT haveing enough Ram to do so. since Most Mod Packs take up a lot of ram on there own.
OPTIFINE is trieing to run.. at the same time as the textureing codes for the mods..
there conflicting with eachother and causeing texture glitches.
I have experinced it persoanlly as well. I belive you have to make sure you
have a version of OPTIFINE taht handels the FoRGE system.
but.... i got tired of messing with and having prblems so i jsut removed it.
bascially, get a better computer that can handle MORE Ram..or get a better Graphics Card.
taht will likely solve the issue
