Can't change/messed up skins

Today, I noticed that my character skin got all screwed up. (Looks like face is squashed onto top of head pants squashed onto face and invisible legs.) I am using the Faithful texture pack and still stuck with 1.7.10 and using optifine. I tried different texture packs, restarting minecraft, other skins etc and there is no change. What's going on?
