i make a server i have all the files and stuff but when people try to join they cant y is this can any one tell me how to fix it

i have done to two ports and i can get on it but when some one else tries to join (my sister) it says "the server is probably down"! please help me.

I have allowed all ports (I use AT&T) with a choice it gives me. I can perfectly join the server no lag or anything... but when a friend tries it says Connection Failed. Please Help Reply Fast!

You've port forwarded, Which I'm sure you did. Are you sure it is to the correct PC? Click Start>Accessories>Computer Tools>Command Prompt. Then type "IPCONFIG" And look for your "Default Gateway" It should be something like XXX.xxx.X.xxx What you need is the last three digits, port forward with those numbers, and you should be ok.

my problem was ever when anyone connect
it say "Failed to Connect Its problay Down!"
you must only wright on Explorer or Mozila your ip then open your router menu
their you make your port of server free
