Why you think you were demoted: 
Unsure; I logged on today and found all my creations gone and having been demoted to spectator. I did tunnel a little bit, but I stopped once I noticed it was against policy.

Why you should be given another chance?: 
Assuming I was banned for the tunnels, I feel I should be given a second chance because I didn't actively grief any buildings/structures.
