It's a bit hard to find text

It's a bit hard to find text in there if you surround it completely by error reports and system specifications.

No mods resource packs or

No mods resource packs or texture packs currently downloaded or installed. I just reinstalled it on this computer because I have not played like...since the new launcher came out.

I understand you're a bit frustrated and you've tried a lot of things.
Please be patient with me, I'm trying to help. Just making sure we've got all the bases covered.

First off,

org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated is a graphics error which according to the internet is generally fixed by drivers being up to date.

So, if you're running the latest available catalyst software / drivers for your onboard card, please link to the download you used. There is a version mismatch between the driver information you posted and the drivers listed on the the AMD site.
Your version: Driver Version: 8.97.10.6
AMD version: Display Driver ver. 8.97.100.7

Second, and this is just speculation at a possible fix while I wait for more info

Your graphics card doesn't have a huge ammount of dedicated memory, can you confirm that your ram usage isn't high when you're running minecraft?

My RAM usage stays at around

My RAM usage stays at around 40%,but it doesn't really run...I press play and it crashes, I tried updating the drivers from the site, still have this version, I'll try with the link you provided.
