MineCraft Freezing

sorry if this is the wrong section (im new to this website)
i recently downloaded MineEdit and tried to change all grass to still lava (probs a stupid choice) but now everytime i load that world, it freezes straight away so i dont have enough time to change the grass back, but even wen it is frozen, the grass is still normal grass.
if anyone knows how to fix this without deleting my world, it would be greatly appreciated :)

than try opening it in a
than try opening it in a faster computer maybe it wont frees. it freezes because your computer cant handle all the lava blocks. happended to me before
