I'm guessing this is a 1.9 seed judging by the lily pads you mentioned? Please correct me if I am wrong. :)

Yes it is. I play all the Pre-Releases.
I even have RC2 and they all are great.
this seed works in 1.9 pre release 1,2,3,4,5,6 and RC1 & RC2 as well.
in 1.8.1 however, it will put you in a redwood forrest :P
