So I have re-downloaded WOM and minecraft.jar probably about five times now over the last month or two.  I used to be able to play it no problem, both classic free-build mode, and later I started playing beta, but now in the last 4 weeks I can't even get the program to start loading!  No errors, no message, no window, no processes started in the process tree, nothing.  Double click the app, and nothing.

  Anybody have this problem before?
