So, i keep seeing posts about how there aren't staff on the servers, which spark the same arguments about how they can't be everywhere and have their own lives. What i was wondering, is why not give some of the more trusted members that are online very often commands to help out? Kick and temp-mute commands can go a long way at times when admin are busy elsewhere. Another suggestion would be to have the mini-mods only be a rank up on one of the servers. If someone is a helper on classic, they'll spend more time there then on public smp, and vice versa. That would help solve the problem of people being busy elsewhere. That's just my opinion to help solve all the complaining thats been going on lately and i would love to hear back about why/why not it might work.
