I'm here to talk about my server. There are only like 5 total people that come on, but the average amount that is on is around 2-3 people. This is  a  vanilla server, as i hate plugins. Plugins ruin everything.

Here are the rules of the server:

1. No griefing
2. No spawn killing

Thats all the rules. Funny isnt it. But the rules change within a city with a population more than 3,  and the owner of the city must declare rules in their city over 3, if not, you still go by the main rules.

People living outside of city boundries apply to the main rules of the server. people living in a city over a population of 3, will have rules if the mayor of the city declares rules, but, it must have a population of over 3.

There is no whitelist and this is a EXRTEMELY new map. All the other servers say NEW MAP! And it isn't.
