Hello Community!
As some of you may know, we have been working on a little server we like to call NEXUS.
To bring you up to speed: we annouced it a few months back and posted a development update 2 months ago.
Now we are ready to share the latest!
Since the last update, Spud and Myself have re-written a lot of our already re-written code... and then we re-wrote it again... (development is hard) Don't worry! These rewrites allowed us to really improve on world size and how responsive the server feels.
NEXUS is now in a really nice state which is why we are going to start letting testers in!
The goal of the testing is to make sure the server is stable, usable and for us to get a rough idea how many players NEXUS can support at once!
If you are interested in helping test nexus, please show let us know in the comments!
Testers who have been selected will receive a PM on this website so keep an eye out!

- Your own World (Size: 300x300x256)
- Basic world edit access (More commands will be added as testing progresses)

As testing progress, we will post change logs and feature descriptions as they get finalized!

Just as a reminder to everyone, the server is still in TESTING. All of you who were invited to play on it are TESTERS. That means if you come across any commands, or anything else that you think does not work like it should, we need you to let one of us know. It's impossible for us to fix things when we don't even know they're broken.
Please message either MrSnowGlobe, spudsrus, or myself if you find anything on Nexus that you think is broken, or even if you don't have access to a command that you think you should.

Closed beta testing has resumed. If you were already a part of the testing group, please talk to a staff member to regain access to Nexus.

I love the idea of this! I loved the old realms style... if NEXUS is like an upgrade to that then I definately want to check it out!

I would love to help test the server. Nexus has made me come back to this server more often. I would really like to see how well its going, and report all the bugs I can find. I will spend atleast 2hours a day bug testing it (unless something big comes up (family, college, work). But I'll even send emails or pm you the bugs, if I can't talk to you on the server. I've been thinking of when you guys would do something like this, I knew way back that you would do the same as classic. I knew you guys could do anything you did in classic.I wounder if Mojang would let you sell things to players as you did in classic (guess they won't), but if they did. I have cash to give (maybe). Its my dream to work for Mojang, but it would be nice to work for you guys. You guys are very smart at what you do, and I hope you guys never give up on what your good at. You are one of the best servers. Thanks for the 2 years I've been with you, and thanks for the time you guys give me later on.

nobody else is complaining of instability and lots of people are using the server as we speak. You might want to consider that the issue is on your end before you blame the server, especially when you have only joined the community today.

The list to get on closed a while ago guys, you can stop volunteering to try it out. We were actually kinda overwhelmed with the interest that Nexus got, which is really a good thing. Now it basically comes down to making sure it can handle all the people that are interested, and it swapping it over to 1.8 (once that mess finishes up).

@Prod The whitelist for NEXUS went and pooped its pants so we have to let people into the server manually, I have something in mind to "fix" the whitelist just comes down to time
