I have windows Vist, and when i pull up minecraft singal player alpha, it shows my login screen, witch is normal. Then i hit login. It says Done loading for litterally half a second then it goes completly black and you can do nothing but close the page. Please help me. I would be so greatful. Thank you very much.

I had this problem

Okay, I had this problem and it was because I was deleting the minecraft.jar and not the entire bin folder it was in. Delete the ENTIRE bin folder that minecraft.jar is in and see if that helps...
