This isn't exactly a "game", but i couldn't find a more suitable thread. All you have to do is just post a picture of your desktop as it is. I would like to see what people are interested in and if there are any good desktops.

It's actually organized. My working icons down at the bottom-left. The folders used to run downloaded content (not installed) is at the bottom-right. The archives and unused files are at the up-right, and the temporary/useless junk either in the middle, in between the corners, or on the top-left. My background was made by someone else, after they made a 3-d smoothened ghast in blender.
