PVP anticheat

For some reason on the pvp server, i can now place blocks, but when i try to destroy them they come right back. I thought this was probably just lag, but the chat or movement doesn't seem to be lagging at all. After trying to destroy blocks enough i get kicked by the servers anticheat system. Anybody know what i'm doing wrong and how to fix it?

When i get kicked and come
When i get kicked and come back onto the server, and blocks i placed are still there. And so are the blocks that i tried to destroy that came back. And i'm not close to spawn, so that's not it, and the area i go to doesn't seem to matter.
After asking around on the SMP, other people are also having the same problem, so it looks to be a server or a plugin problem.

Staff have been alerted of this problem, just gotta wait I suppose, play on plain smp for now.

Are you destroy and placing blocks in the spawn? When you come back to the server, are the blocks you placed or destroyed still there? If not, it's probably lag. It also doesn't look like you've been promoted or anything.
