Ah-Ha!

Finally my minecraft knowledge comes in. Go to the toolbar of the site(you know home,downloads,submit...etc) Click submit submit an image submit your image edit details blah blah. then when it's uploaded find the image on the site. Right click it and select 'copy image url'  (or something like that make sure it says url though) and come back to the post and select 'link image' (the tree looking thing next to the chain on the comment toolbar) paste the url and PRESTO!
