Why has the Ban hammer spoken for me ?

Hello i just started playing on this server and got banned 5 minutes into playing. Not sure what i did wrong. So if theres a away to find out why and/or fix the problem i would love to know. thank you for any help

hmm i just check to make sure and my user name is Brocketh.
I joined just before under the name of Brock but bieng a noob i didn't understand the /register paspas then /login thing so didn't know my password after much fiddling then reloged under brocketh and loged in correctly that time. don't know if that could have anything to do with it.
