I have noticed a Direct Connect URL box added to the new WOM client login screen. Could anyone please fill me in on how this can be used? I also noticed that it is different than the already implemented URL box under the bookmarks box that shows up after logging on. Any clues? Screen shot attached.

list how to set this up for servers easily. its a new feature it should have a tutorial linked somewhere obvious (front page)

How can I generate a dc url for my server?

Does clicking the url from a browser launch the client and connect to the server?

I have read the small intro

I have read the small intro to direct connect urls on the home page. I don't understand how to create a direct connect url for my server. My server is normally accessible with this:

http://www.minecraft.net/play.jsp?ip=69.165.136.12&port=25565&override=true

anyone?
