Wom not working [LOCKED]

Now I had it up and running before December but when i tried t get it up and running it this showed up , i figured i just needed to restart but it still didint work any help would be nice i plan on buying the game soon and I REALLY want to have this running when i do

download the minecraft.jar
download the minecraft.jar again and delete the old one in lib and put the new one in the lib folder
if you still have this problem then try running it as administrator

Unfortunately, I did this ten times in a row when the problem first arose. Unless you guys changed the download, that won't fix anything.
Still -- I'll try one more time and see how it goes.

Minecraft is trying to update, but it's access to the jar file is denied. Consider yourself lucky, because once the jar updates it simply won't work at all. : /
