This has been answered so many time in the forums...... but yet I struggle to find a topic about it.

How to fix:

  • Join the WoM: Realms server with the user that has the issue
  • Type /member emailaddress (note: please use the one that you sign into on the site) and remember the code
  • Go to http://www.womrealms.com and sign in using the email address
  • Down the bottom it says "Add user to account", put the code in and click add.
  • Problem solved

I can't find  add user  to account
I  enabled java .... nothing
I deaktivated addblock of firefox ... nothing

Adblock and Java have nothing to do with it, It's a html webpage.

I assure you, that it is on http://www.womrealms.com when you sign in, just look a little harder.
