it wont let me downloadhttp://minecraft.net/client/minecraft.jar can anyone help with that because it seems to be my only problem.

i tried that and it still wont work also my computer should be fully functioning because i bought it about 3 weeks or a month ago.

What actually happens when go on the .jar page?
A little bit more detail goes a long way (;
~Scoopade
YouTube (OfficialWoM)
Steam Group (WoM)
Facebook (H4X)
Tumblr (triddin)
Could be your anti-virus blocking the download.
Go into your anti-virus, and disable, "Real-time protection" And "Download protection". Could be either one. Depends on your Anti-Virus.
And if its not your Anti-Virus, then I don't know why you cannot download it. Any fully functional computer should be able to download it. Because your computer is downloading information about this web page right now as we speak. Therefore it should be able to download the minecraft.jar, and have no problem doing so.
