You have to buy Minecraft in order to change your skin. Once you have purchased it, log into minecraft.net and click the "Profile" page on the site. On that page there should be an option for you to change your skin. You can either download skins off the web or create your own. I won't explain how to create your own skin but I'm sure there are plenty of tutorials you can google search.

and is updated to the latest version of beta never download something from anyone except the creator of the texture pack who goes by username Skuttles

I have this texture and I use it on my Minecraft beta.
To use in classic open the "minecraft.jar" with WinRar
drag all files from the LB photo realism to the minecraft.jar,
Not everything will work because Classic don't use all terrain image.
