The Basics

Movement
• Minecraft uses the common WSAD keys for movement
• Press SPACE to jump.

Building
• LEFT CLICK deletes blocks
• RIGHT CLICK places whatever block is highlighted in your QUICK ACCESS BLOCK INVENTORY.
• Pressing 'B' brings up the BLOCK INVENTORY. LEFT CLICKING on any texture will replace whichever texture is highlighted in your QUICK ACCESS BLOCK INVENTORY with the texture selected.

General Tips

From SmokeyDB:

• Be very detailed orientated. Just because you can save 10 minutes or even an hour by skipping on some details, don't. You aren't usually rushed for time and you want things to look nice. Also, try to make things look as realistic as possible, I know blocks are limited, so be creative.

From Pavelo

• Do you like to build sprites? Great! Just don't build the same mario or mushroom in every server! Also, many times our servers have designated sprite walls. Please don't put a 50x50 Japanime sprite in the middle of the map, it ruins the landscape and looks clumsy.
• Be creative and original. Everyone has made a mosque or a church, and while they may look good to you, we (other crafters) will notice and appreciate your originality.
• Like to build giant stuff? Just please make sure you use your space efficiently.

From Wildstyle

• When Assigning your area have an idea of what size the building will be when finished; theres nothing worse than having inadequate space for your build and not being able to finish it.
• When you finish your build you can add little things to it like a title and your name to a banner or on the ground in front of it.
• Hand built structures will be better viewed by others then a structure that took you half an hour with a bunch of fills.
