He should not become a moderator, he is not too good with his punctuation, spelling, or grammar. He says he is a good builder, which I do not doubt, but being a moderator isn't about "Building Skills" It is about "Problem Solving Skills" "Helpfulness" "Maturity". That is my opinion, just stating it.
