Buildcraft Tools 1.6.4

This is an add-on adding a bunch of chargeable Tools and Armor to Buildcraft. Besides that, it also gives you different kinds of blocks to charge those items with Minecraft Joules(MJs). For more detailed information, read the ‘Features’ part of this post.
