chat glitches

ok so i was on minecraft and was using chat when a random glitch were a "o" apeared in the chat to do this
type umm "f d" the letters dont realy matter i dont think but u need to have a minimum of 2 spaces between the "f" and "s" to make it work.
so i thought if any1 else has come across something like this and they can duplicate the result they should post how to do it underneath
