I downloaded this server

from minecraft.net and I'm wanting it to be where all the land is leveled so there is nothing above the main land and you can use the command fly.
I have tried doing this before but I was not able to use the web-client as it didn't make a link and didn't show up.
I also plan on adding multiple worlds like main1,2,3, etc.
I also want to add things next to the name like there personal talk name.
I was on this server and it had like:
[Owner]Name:
And the name could be changed to different colors like green, blue, red, etc.
If someone can help me with this I would appreciate it but I have asked many other support sites and they said I wouldn't be able to use this download that I am using.
