fCraft on Mac OS X from mono help.

I used to use the original server software from MineCraft, but then I noticed that my servers could be a lot better! I looked around and found that fCraft is the only working hacked server software for Mac OS X.6.4.
Can someone help me understand what I'm supposted to do? I looked everywhere, but I can't seem to find a good site with instructions. What does freeze mean? I have so many questions!
P.S. I set up the server and I'm now an "owner," but I want to add more worlds and change things around.
