Hosting a server on a Mac?

Hey people, been a while since i posted (about a week or so) and i've decided i would like to host my own server. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to get it working on my MacBook (piece of crap i know, but im working with what i got here). I was wondering if somebody could help me out here?
every time i try to run it i get the error:

How does one fix this?
