To all minecrafters out there. We at Lobaras Minecraft are looking for new recruits!
We are looking for staff: moderators and building helpers. We are also
looking for players who want to start their own countries on Lobaras.
Description of Roles
Role of Moderators: the task is to moderate, and ensure that no
harassment or griefing occurs, moderators report directly to admins and
founders. They also can be forum moderators if they desire.
Role of Building Helpers: The task is to help build infrastructure for
Lobaras server, like roads or railways. Building helpers are given a
task and are expected to complete it. Many benefits for building
helpers.
Role of Country Founder: Countries play the most important role in
Lobaras, your role as a country founder is to establish that country,
government, economy, capital city and infrastructure within it. Country
Founders are also expected to be able to make a background story on
their country, publish and moderate their own board on the lobaras forum
and make a country flag.
Bonus: We are also looking for someone who would like to make and edit a
promotion video for Lobaras. Lets talk, there can be real life payments
made.
Benefits for staff:
-Be part of the democratic administration of the server, have a voice in
the direction of the server, vote on decisions, talk about things,
voice your concerns.
-Forum benefits, all staff will have some power on the forums. Like
banning or kicking various people, locking threads and making
announcements.
Benefits for Staff and Country founders:
-Get your own country or plot of land and best of all you choose where you want it!
-Be able to access world edit and voxel sniper for building your countries
-Access our large database of schematics for easier building.
-Free board on our forums
-Your own faction in the factions plugin
-Ability to advertise your country on many minecraft related websites and recruit your own players
-We have a rule in Lobaras "Don't interfere" meaning that everyone but
founders has no right to interfere in what you do in your country.
-Have a vote in server decision making

About us
Lobaras is a white-listed RPG Minecraft server that is currently being
constructed in creative mode. Since it has some plugins developed by
Snap64 that require SpoutCraft to add custom items, you must have
SpoutCraft to join, which you can get at http://get.spout.org/. Our goal is to build an awesome world before switching to survival and starting the actual role playing part.
