Hello, im interested in making a minecraft server, but i come across alot of errors and troubles, i downloaded the minecraft server software, i edited Server.properties, then i clicked run.bat or whatever its called! And nothing comes up apart from a black screen with random codes on it, that disapears after it tells me to press any key to continue, then i realised i had to use port forwarding so i did that stuf, then i clicked update router and it said error, the imformatoin about that is on minecraft forum post here:
