I've done everything to make my own server but every time I try to run the server the cmd box comes up saying:

[/i]'java' not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Then I moved the java file in to the Server file and it changed to something like:
Error occured during initialization of VM. Unable to load native library: Can't find dependent libraries[i]

What can I do? (I have Windows 7, please if you have an answer make it simple)
