If you are reading this thanks for your time i just been troubled with something, so it involves knowing the staff. When some people get denied because they aren't "familiar" to the staff (exec. and owners). Now a member would be like, "Hey let me start talking to them on IRC where they mostly are"

Now i have seen that doing this only brings down your reputation to the staff's. You'll seem annoying and bothering. I dont understand how your supposed to get to "know" a owner or exec. If when you pm them you annoy them. It seems that owners hate to be pm'd. 

So now your going to tell me, hey why not talk to them in game. How? they are busy doing things and barely ever talk. I just want to know how do you get to know the staff, just how, i am very curious and i'd love people opinion on things. Now please remember this is just my opinion and if you have another please tell me but not in a ill mannered way.
