Hey everyone, I'm having what seems to be a simple problem with swapping terrain.png's in an existing texture pack.  Every time I replace the old .png with a new one in the folder and compress it, it is greyed out in the menu and won't work.

What am I doing wrong?  I play on a Mac, if that has anything to do with anything.
