Hi, I dont have a premium account for minecraft beta but i know that i dont need w\one to play offline but i cant click play offline and under it it says not download.

What should i do?

First of all, it is no longer minecraft beta, it has been released now.

Also, you still need a premium account to play the full version of minecraft, it is only classic that you can play without a premium account.
