Hi There,

I'd like to raise awareness, sorry for the lack of a better word, for my Christmas Day Live Stream over at Twitch.tv. I'll be streaming almost the whole day, from around 9:30am EST to 10:30pm EST to help raise donations/money for the Child's Play Charity. Also, I'd like to maybe fill some time in which maybe you aren't celebrating with family or eating green eggs and ham.

The stream was accepted into the Child's Play event schedule and is a true Child's Play charity event. Proof: http://childsplaycharity.org/events/post/childs-play-christmas-live-stream

This, however, is not a 24 hour live stream. I will not be streaming during lunch time(12pm EST to 1:00pm EST), nap time (1:00pm EST to 1:30pm EST), and lastly dinner time (6pm EST to 7:00pm EST). I unwrap the socks, errr... presents the previous night and following Christmas morning. Regardless that it is Christmas Day I would like to raise money for Children whom aren't able to be preoccupied with some games to get their mind off of whatever got them in the hospital in the first place. Currently, I have no set goal as I do not want to second-guess the goal I set, if you have a good starting goal, and or based on the feedback on this forum submission I'll set a goal if need be.

I have in mind a few games that I'll be streaming. Here's a random list(kinda) of games I'll be streaming, 1.) Skyrim 2.) Fable III 3.) Dead Island 4.) Minecraft 5.) Terraria 6.) Portal 2 7.) DiRT 3 8.) And any other game requested by a large majority of viewers watching the stream. 

This will be my first live stream and won't go down smoothly, that's to be expected. All I'd really like for Christmas this year is to give back on a day of the year that, as human beings, we only think about the receiving aspect of the holiday. 

So I hope you'll all join me and help support the Child's Play cause and make some children happy. 

If you're reading this and think there is something that could help promote or assist in making the stream a little bit better feel free to message me or comment on this post/thread thingy(I'm newb at this). By the way please excuse the way my stream looks at the moment(i.e. the raccoon) as I'm currently working on a Child's Play Logo to replace it and some html coding for the info below the video player.

Side Note: The Steam Account Above is not the account that has all my games on it and will be used during the stream. But you may add that account for any reason that you see fit. Perhaps friend adding, gifting, or naughty picturing(I couldn't think of a better rhyme). It's merely there because I'd like to keep my personal account from being blown up(probably not going to) from any and all friend requests I get.
