I know a few.

Misa's 64x64 is great, and Sphax is also a pretty good one, Faithful 32x32 makes the game look better without making it feel different, and the painterly pack allows for a fully customizable 16x16 texture pack. all of these are great, but I don't think Misa's is fully updated to 1.7 someone did a fanmade patch, so just look up the patch if the pack didn't update.

(I use all of these texture packs on different maps in singleplayer, but Misa's is the one I use on World of Minecraft)

Also if you have a specific theme in mind I can recommend one!

By that I mean if you one one that's steampunk/cartoony/hyper-realism/whatever

LB photo realism is good if you like to do modern/futuristic builds.

I use one called Equanimity.

I use one called Equanimity. It's quite beautiful without taking too much away from the original look. It also makes resource blocks easier to spot and the water nicer. Not sure if it's available for the the current update but it's good if you still have 1.7.4.

Sphax PureBDCraft!

I really like the style of that texture pack. It keeps giving me memories of TLoZ: The Wind Waker.

But if you want to use it, I'd recommend a minimum version of 128x128. Otherwise it will look too pixel-ish.

Pretty Decent

Playful Modern 1.7 is the one I use on my realm and all my SP games. It's fairly smooth and because I enjoy building towns and houses, it's a VERY good pack for that. My only problem with it is the torches are funky looking as well as the mushrooms. Aside from that, I love it! Here's a link.
