What AwsomeG2 said, Also are you trying to download a texture pack for Minecraft Premium or Classic? You needs more infomation in your thread or people can't help you.. :/

flowerpower5143, You MUST be logged into an Administrator account on your computer to download anything, Or you need your computers Administrator Username/Password, It should come up with a pop-up identify box if you are not logged into Administrator.. :P
