I have trawled through the attempts to get me to load lots of other rubbish and finally got to the download button
I have registered, logged on and loaded the programme onto my computer.
I am told I need the program from this site as well for which I will need my user name and password. I know these are correct because I am on this forum having entered them and opening a new thread.
I get a box saying

unable to authenticate
your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login.

When I put in my user name and password.
Can anyone tell me which it is?
is it unable to verify my login details or has the site run out of space?
