Minecraft Filiming

Hey,
I would like to get into some minecraft filming, but I need the camera to be in 3rd person like this youtube video below. Does anyone know what software I could use for that?

Erm... There is a key you can press but i don't think it is available in classic. (I think its F3 in alpha). Enjoy filming but don't use hyper cam (unless you have bought it).
