I can't think of a good reason PvP would benefit from having the nether

Just a small benefit of it would be being able to knock someone off into the lava, and the danger of someone popping up out of nowhere, but that's not enought to suit a nether for pvp...

Thats covers that question. Well how about if we could make use of the money in PvP by having a auto shop like in SMP, but it'll only sell potions?
