Let's Play Questions! :)

Information:
Questions is a game which is played by asking questions. Play begins when the first player serves by asking a question. The second player must respond to the question with another question. Each player must quickly continue the conversation by using only questions— no statements (player failing to reply to the question), no repetition (player asks questions identical to one already asked in the game), no rhetorical questions (player asks a question that doesn't expect a reply), and no non-sequitur (player responds with a completely unrelated question).
