The random crashes makes freemium or premium a rip off.

Hey, what's up with the random crashes of the server?
It really ruins my plan on gaining back my 5M rep that i used to buy freemium. I really don't want to waste anything... Please fix it as soon as possible...

It's not much of a rip off, so what would be the point in doing it? Yeah they get a whole 1.95 a month from the few members who have premium.
This service is pretty much like paying for cable. Sometimes it's up and sometimes things happen that make it go down. Either way, if you want the perks, you gotta pay for it.

Surprisingly enough, the crashes are not deliberate, and as much as we all want them fixed and i'm sure the high up adminny people are working on it, they still have lives to get on with.
They get no money from this and it is only a hobby, they still have jobs and families and whatever else it is that people do.
So basically, just be patient and wait.
