Ok so I made myself a skin in MCSkinEditor(or something) and I put it in "skin" folder but it doesnt work.

any help please?

MCSkinEdit makes player skins

MCSkinEdit makes player skins and not textures
the skin folder is meant to put textures in to switch the game's look
to use the skins MCSkinEdit make you must have purchased the game
then go to preferences click browse and then look for your skin click ok then update and youre done
