Swear Word filter on PvP blocking parts of simple words (asked by riflesx)
The only reason the plugin acts like this is because it looks for the word that I have flagged as unacceptable. Does not take into account that it could be a part of a simple word like glass, which has "ass" in it. I'm looking to try and fix this but for now enjoy the silly chat logs ;)

I know this has become a bit of an issue as of late. Originally we did that so both servers could talk to each other and sometimes it still does its job in some respects. I'm actively looking to find a way to give people the option to turn it off if they wanted but it is not as simple as it sounds.
At the moment I can offer no ETA on this matter but I'm doing my best to find other solutions

A lot of people have asked for something like this. As much as I think this would help anyone, it would be hard to keep track with new warps and shops. Maintaining the list could prove to be a challenge but I will take it into a lot of consideration
Could there be a dye autoshop made for when 1.4 comes out?( asked by Erikios)
When 1.4 is released I will look into more autoshops and improving them in general but until then: that is not one of my priorities.

First off, I think pvp should be disconnected from smp chat. Mostly because it gives people a way around mutes/kicks and allows them to taunt the people who have to wait for a mod to come online and help. Second, it's really spammy in smp, half the time the only chat i see is from the other server. Anybody have any reasons that they shouldn't be disconnected?

Well, I thought one reason was that when a mod or admin does come on, they wouldn't have to jump back and forth between servers. Other than that I see your point.

Most mods and admins use the irc to see both servers anyway, and can mute people without having to be on the server.

I dont find the chats being linked that bad personally it can be spammy sometimes but i use it as a way to know whos on pvp to come see them if there friends or if there rivals to go own them but everyone has there own oppinion and i just feel that its not bad at all

A command that allows people to ignore the pvp bot would probably work. Or one that just lets people ignore anyone, so they can just /ignore people who are spamming or annoying them.

yeh maybe /ignore pvp or /ignore smp could be good and obviously if they ignore pvp then pvp cant see what they say either

also I know ssfdre38 has a tutorial warp for newcomers and it would be helpful to have a sign mentioning that in main
2nd question: Could there be a dye autoshop made for when 1.4 comes out? I hope to be able to get dyes stocked for it but its a real pain

warp area you mean like /warp warp that ive created when i also did the tutorial room?
also i dont know maybe use of nether portals

perhaps we could have a bigger autoshop that carries more materials....
also what's the staff's plan for the wither boss? do any of you think there wil be a plugin that disables
block damage on the wither but allows him to hurt someone? i wouldn't want a wither killing all my livestock either....
anyways cheers for the new update i'm sure everything will go well server wise

well awie, i think there should be a tournament on pvp where the winner or top 3 winners face the wither.

Why is there a filter of saying Ass on PVP i was trying to type Bypass and it was saying Bydonkey haha the filter bassically makes ass=donkey wich makes sense but is frustrating when your like glass = gldonkey haha but it is funny
