So not alot of people are really sure if ssfdre38 is staff or simply a trusted member. So I have compiled this list of For's and Against's. It would be very helpful to know if he is or not.

are you really doing this, on the forums im not a moderator but on SMP i am staff as stated on the website in my profile by the diamond pick that H4X the owner of WoM put. so by H4X i am staff and you are now starting to get to the point of trolling so just stop also arrow it wasnt H4X it was snow that did that cause i was banning people to fast of a rate but there was a good reason behind it so they are just doing this for now

Honestly this again?? He's one of the people that you need to listen to, so why does it matter what he's called. I'm tired of this conversation and I'm not even the one in it. Trusted, Mod, Admin, It doesn't matter what their title is, just listen to them and don't argue or cause trouble. Simple as that.

Ssfdre38, your ranked up from member to trusted and all members have an iron pick and there is no other pick other than iron and diamond. So you have the diamond pick because your not a member. It would actually be better to put you at a gold pick but there isn't one here.

look users are blue on SMP and with an iron pickax on the site. anybody that has a different color ie cyan/red/purple/orage(irc) is staff that H4X has promoted and with a diamond pickax. trusted/moderator in training is staff in H4X's eyes cause we still have the same powers as moderators minus the ban command. if H4X puts us at that level, do not fight any staff member and just listen. i am getting sick and tired of this for the last week. i dont need this cause now im starting school and i will have my school and work load on me now. just stop

I'm sorry, but your still not staff. And moderators are staff. Trusted and moderators are not on the same level for a reason. So please stop pretending that you are staff and I will stop voicing my concerns/opinions on the matter.

First thing is first, ssfdre38 is not a "staff member," he is a trusted member, and therefore has a few extra tools under his belt to help moderate and keep an eye out. Yes, he's not a mod/admin, but it still means you all should respect him, but therefore he should also keep in mind that he isn't a staff member, so that doesn't give him the ability to act like on in game. As for the IRC, trusted + are given access to IRC to help see the chat when they're not in-game. As for the pick axe on the site, H4X is a busy man, and the trusted rank is a somewhat new idea, so please do give him time to compose up a pick axe suitable for trusted members (If he wishes to do so). I hope this clears things up.

He used to be a moderator until H4X probably thought it was best for him to be a mod-in-training (trusted player). He's not really part of staff, he's just ranked up to trusted so that's why he can use creative mod and go onto IRC.
