Not sure where this should go so without further adu lets start

So first goto your temp folder and look for minecraft.net inside you will find creeper_test open it up copy the minecraft.jar in it and paste in LIB folder you got from downloading the World of Minecraft client.

Please note: You have to run survival mode before doing this.

Survival

You can get the survival jar file the same way you get the creative mode jar file.

Using hacks on survival is highly unstabble though, flying down and touching the ground can easily kill you even if you go very slow, the game can also break randomly too. It's still fun to play with hacks though.

I've found that the game

I've found that the game remembers the height of your beginning block.
So if you start to fly on a high block then go down you'll take damage, even if you slowly descend. However, if you start on a low block then go higher, you won't take damage.

Survival

Look around at some older World of Minecraft forum topics, there is a URL to get it. Now that I think of it the URL is almost the same as the standard minecraft.jar, but I think it has 'survival' somewhere in the URL.

Here it is:

I dunno if we are supposed to post the link or not,
so do it as if you were getting the normal .jar file (check on the client page to see it), but place
"/survivaltest/" after minecraft.com but before client.

That should work.

To play infdev minecraft put

To play infdev minecraft put http://minecraft.net/infdev/client/minecraft.jar as the url. To play indev put http://minecraft.net/indev/client/minecraft.jar as the url. To play survival (regular version) put http://minecraft.net/survivaltest/client/minecraft.jar as the url. to play creative mode put http://minecraft.net/client/minecraft.jar as the url. To play multiplayer use the creative mode url, it uses the same jar.

Further Info

For clarification, you should download the .jar file those URLs give you into the lib folder of the hacked client. Make sure that the .jar is called minecraft.jar or else it won't work. You can then generate a level or login to a server. You may or may not be able to save the level to your account or to a file, I haven't tested that yet. Either way the client's dump level option should work. Also, noclip is disabled on some servers, but I think it still works in single player. Speed works and super-jumping works, but be warned. A super-jump will kill you. If you use flight (it works) you should not attempt to come down. When you fly up, the game registers the Z-coordinate of the highest point you fly to (so if I fly up to 60, then go down to 50, the game remembers me going to 60). This is important, because if you turn off flight, disable hacks mid-flight, or try to land onto land (no matter how quickly or slowly) the game remembers the highest point you were at during your flight, and uses that to calculate the "falling damage". The higher you fly, the more damage you will take. Damage also appears to depend on how quickly you fly down. Damage is only calculated once you touch the ground, not as you descend. Most of the time the damage will kill you. But there is a way to avoid this. Fly over water, and then turn off flight mode, turn off hacks, or descend slowly into the water without touching the bottom of the lake. You will not take damage, and should be able to swim out, just be careful not to drown or get attacked while in the water. Also, do not try to delete any blocks. If you do, the game will freeze because there are differences between removing blocks in creative and survival. Building appears to be ok. Also, collecting blocks is ok (for example collecting blocks destroyed by an explosion are ok, just don't try to mine them!). Killing mobs works (I haven't tested animals), and mobs can kill you. Arrows appear to work normally, but in multiplayer environments, pressing tab will also display a list of connected players very briefly. Also, although the TNT the player starts with works normally (click to detonate, click again to stop, destroys blocks and harms people), TNT already existing in the level (such as that placed by other players) will loop its explosion if you try to detonate it, and it will spray blocks everywhere. Don't try to get close enough to pick up the blocks, the looped explosion will kill you. Also, do not detonate a large amount of creative-mode TNT at once; the game will freeze. Anyway, try it out and see what you think! This could use some more testing, so post any bugs you find here.

Test with infdef

I tried using the custom client (1.5.9) with the infdev minecraft.jar. It did not work. It appears that the structure of minecraft is different from current public to infdev as com/mojang/minecraft/MinecraftApplet no longer exists in that directory inside the minecraft.jar.
The client code would probably need to be re-written to support indev and infdev.
